Return & Refund Policy – Androway

At Androway, we aim to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product has manufacturing defects

To initiate a return, please email us at neeraj@androway.com with:

  • Order Number

  • Product photos

  • Description of the issue

Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to screen variations

  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Replacement

In cases of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
